From Analog DVR to Centralized IP Surveillance

The organization previously relied on traditional DVR systems and analog cameras, which provided limited image quality, decentralized management, and no centralized health monitoring for surveillance devices. As a result, equipment failures were not always detected promptly.

SyncTech designed and deployed a new network infrastructure together with Synology Surveillance Station as the organization's centralized video management platform. Using the Centralized Management System (CMS), surveillance systems from all branch locations were integrated into headquarters for unified administration.

Regional managers can securely access the system using the DS cam mobile application to monitor live video, review recorded footage, and receive event notifications directly on their smartphones, enabling faster response to operational and security incidents.
