Enterprise Multi-Site Network & Security Infrastructure

SUWANPATTANA GOLDSMITH CO., LTD. implemented a secure multi-site infrastructure project to connect its headquarters and branch offices through a centralized enterprise network. The solution was designed to support business applications, surveillance systems, centralized file services, and secure communication across all locations.

Enterprise Multi-Site Network Infrastructure

The project covers six locations, including the headquarters and five branch offices. The headquarters is equipped with enterprise-grade networking devices, including the TP-Link Omada ER8411 Multi-Gigabit VPN Gateway and the TP-Link SG6428X Layer 3 Managed Switch, providing high-performance connectivity for business applications and inter-site communication. Managed switches and enterprise Wi-Fi were deployed at every location to support employees and customers, while separate network segments were created to isolate business systems, CCTV, employee Wi-Fi, and guest Wi-Fi.

All branch offices are securely connected to the headquarters through Site-to-Site VPN with Load Balancing, allowing users at every location to securely access centralized servers, file services, and business applications as if operating within a single enterprise network.

Centralized CCTV Infrastructure

The surveillance system consists of 64 IP cameras at the headquarters and 32 IP cameras at each branch office. All CCTV systems are connected to the headquarters through the secure VPN infrastructure, enabling centralized live monitoring while recordings remain stored locally at each branch. This architecture reduces WAN bandwidth utilization, ensures continuous video recording, and minimizes the impact of temporary connectivity interruptions.

Enterprise Storage Platform

The headquarters is equipped with a Synology RackStation RS822RP+, upgraded to 16 GB RAM, together with a Synology E10M20-T1 adapter providing 10GbE Full-Duplex connectivity. Two Synology SNV3510 NVMe SSDs are configured as SSD Cache to accelerate file access and improve storage performance for users across all branch offices.

The Synology NAS serves as the organization's centralized file server, enabling secure file sharing and collaboration while providing a scalable storage platform for future business expansion.

Business Continuity and Proactive Monitoring

The solution also includes Private DDNS (SyncTech-DDNS), developed and operated by SyncTech to maintain reliable connectivity between the headquarters and all branch offices. The service automatically verifies connectivity every three minutes, allowing potential issues to be detected proactively. In addition, 24×7 Network Monitoring continuously monitors critical network devices and services, ensuring high system availability and uninterrupted business operations.
