PROMINENT FLUID CONTROL (THAILAND) CO., LTD. implemented an enterprise network infrastructure and data protection project to support employees, executives, and guest users while improving network performance, security, and long-term scalability.

Enterprise Network Infrastructure

The network infrastructure was designed using the TP-Link Omada platform, providing centralized management across the core, distribution, access switching, and wireless network. This architecture simplifies administration, enhances network stability, and provides a scalable foundation for future expansion.

The deployment includes 14 managed switches and 33 wireless access points, delivering comprehensive wireless coverage throughout the organization. Dedicated network segments were designed for employees, executives, and guest users to improve both network performance and security.

The wireless infrastructure supports AI Roaming, enabling users to move seamlessly between coverage areas without reconnecting to the network, resulting in a consistent and uninterrupted wireless experience across the facility.

Business Services and Data Protection

The solution also includes a Synology RackStation RS822RP+ upgraded with 32 GB of memory. Link Aggregation (LAG) was configured to increase network throughput and improve service availability for the storage platform.

The Synology NAS serves as the organization's centralized platform for Mail Server, File Server, and Backup Server services. In addition, Active Backup for Business provides backup protection for servers and endpoint computers without requiring any additional software subscription or licensing fees.

Centralized Infrastructure Management

The entire infrastructure was designed for centralized management, allowing administrators to monitor and manage the network, wireless environment, and backup services from a single platform. This approach simplifies system administration, accelerates troubleshooting, and provides a scalable infrastructure capable of supporting future business growth.
